Scheduled Delivery Dates
We make deliveries on Saturdays. Please order by 12:00 noon Friday if you wish to receive your order on Saturday.

In the case that your ordered items are out-of-stock or backordered, a Pet Fun representative will call or email you to discuss options. You may be willing to wait for the next shipment or may choose to cancel your order, or agree to receive a partial order, and a refund for that item(s) will be issued to you immediately. The Delivery⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When your order has been processed you will receive an email from us confirming the order. You will receive a second email when your order is out for delivery. Expect to receive your delivery on Saturday between the time window of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Your order will be left on your porch or as nearby your front entrance as is feasible. If you request specific delivery instructions, please provide those at checkout. In order to adhere to stay-at-home orders, our employees will practice social distancing and require that you do the same. You will be notified when your delivery has been completed by email, and by text message if you provided a mobile phone number.

If access to your home, apartment, or building cannot be determined or if instructions on where to leave products are unclear, our employee will contact you to reschedule delivery for the next available time. Pet food requiring refrigeration will not be left unless contact is made with the customer.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return your products to our store location at 1780 N. Main St., Salinas, CA 93906 within 30 days to receive a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required to receive a refund or exchange. All orders must be shipped or dropped off at our store in order to receive a refund.

Return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense. If shipping product back please contact the store first with your order number and which item you will be returning. Once we have received your item you will be issued a refund for that item(s).
