If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your products to our store location at 1780 N. Main St., Salinas, CA 93906 within 30 days to receive a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required to receive a refund or exchange. All orders must be shipped or dropped off at our store in order to receive a refund. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense. If shipping product back please contact the store first with your order number and which item you will be returning. Once we have received your item you will be issued a refund for that item(s). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We will use the contact information provided at checkout to place your order under your Pet Fun Club account. If you do not already have a Pet Fun Club account, one will be created with your first order. Pet Fun Club members automatically receive exclusive discounts on hundreds of items throughout the store.
