1. Select the SHOP LOCAL icon at shoppetfun.com home page and complete your purchase. Be sure to choose store pickup when checking out. A Pet Fun representative will review your purchase and begin to pull and sort your items from stock, usually within the same day as ordered during operating hours.
2. The store will send you an email to confirm your items are in stock and are ready to pick up. A representative from Pet Fun will call you if one or more of the items you purchased is not in stock. You may either elect to receive a refund, or you may want to wait until the item becomes available. A third option is that you may want to choose a substitute item(s).
3.Drive to the store and park and we will load up for you. Just give us a call once you have arrived, provide us with the name associated with your order and we will bring your items to you with an itemized copy of your receipt.
