Return Policy

All refunds require the original receipt. Refunds without the original receipt or a return after 30 days of purchase will receive in-store credit.  Valid government ID required for all cash refunds or returns without an original receipt. Refunds with original receipt within 30 days of purchase will be issued with the same method of payment as the original transaction. Cash refunds over $50 may require the issuance of a company check. No refunds for items returned in used condition and/or without original packaging.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Refunds are not allowed on the following items: books, kennels (unless the packaging is still intact), beds (unless unused, without hair or odor), pet clothing (unless unused without hair, and tags still attached), aquariums (unless unused with all parts intact), and all live animals. No guarantee on saltwater fish or invertebrates. 48-hour conditional replacement guarantee on freshwater fish (may require validation of purchase and water test of the aquarium).  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Exchanges:  Without receipt, the return price will be the lowest price in the last 90 days. Valid government I.D. is required. Returns of defective merchandise that exceeds 90 days may require pre-approval by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty. We reserve the right to decline returns without a receipt.
